We hope you are all well.
First of all, we would like to sincerely thank you for your patience and continued support. We know that the wait has been longer than expected, and we want to explain the current situation with complete transparency.
The next week we began shipping to all patrons outside the United States.
For the past two months, we have had to temporarily halt shipments to the United States due to a new customs regulation.
On 29 August 2025, Executive Order 14324 (EO) of the US government came into effect, eliminating the tariff exemption for imports under £800.
This means that all goods entering the United States, regardless of their value or origin, will be subject to tariffs of 20% on their declared value. Until a couple of weeks ago, it had not been possible to ship anything.
This measure has particularly affected European companies such as ours and, unfortunately, has delayed shipments to the United States, which is a very important part of our community.
What we are doing about it:
-We have already resumed preparing orders and are ready to ship them as soon as customs allows packages worth more than USD 80.
-In the meantime, we have made a first test shipment with an order below that value to ensure that the new process is working properly, and that in the end you have to pay customs duties here in Spain.
-Furthermore, we would like to announce that if there are customs costs here in Spain, we will cover 50% of the additional cost of tariffs plus the 3% handling fee charged by Correos España to ease the burden on our American patrons. We know that this change is unfair to you, and we want to share the effort..
Mini Expansion:
A few days ago, the Erize brothers finished preparing and laying out the English version. We are now working on the Spanish translation, and once it has been laid out, it will be sent to all backers.
Next steps:
We will continue to ship all orders as soon as customs clearance is fully confirmed. At that time, we will contact each of you individually to coordinate shipping and resolve any details.
At the same time, we are adjusting the planning of our future projects:
-Upcoming releases will include digital STL formats, which completely eliminate customs issues.
-We will also develop smaller physical projects to reduce logistics and customs costs without compromising the quality that characterises us.

Esperamos que todos estéis bien.
Antes que nada, queremos agradeceros sinceramente por vuestra paciencia y apoyo constante. Sabemos que la espera ha sido más larga de lo previsto, y queremos explicar con total transparencia la situación actual.
la semana que viene empezaremos a enviar a todos los mecenas de fuera de Estados Unidos.
Durante los dos meses anteriores hemos tenido que detener temporalmente los envíos a Estados Unidos debido a una nueva regulación aduanera.
El 29 de agosto de 2025, entró en vigor la Orden Ejecutiva 14324 (OE) del gobierno de EE. UU., que elimina la exención arancelaria para importaciones de menos de 800 USD.
Esto significa que todas las mercancías que entren en EE. UU., sin importar su valor o procedencia, estarán sujetas a aranceles de un 20% sobre su valor declarado, hasta hace un par de semanas no habia sido posible enviar nada,
Esta medida ha afectado especialmente a empresas europeas como la nuestra y, lamentablemente, han retrasado los envíos hacia Estados Unidos, que sois una parte muy importante de nuestra comunidad.
Qué estamos haciendo al respecto:
-Ya hemos reanudado la preparación de los pedidos y estamos listos para enviarlos en cuanto las aduanas permitan los paquetes de valor superior a 80 USD.
-Mientras tanto, hemos realizado un primer envío de prueba con un pedido menor a ese valor para asegurarnos de que el nuevo proceso funcione correctamente, y que al final hay que abonar las aduanas aqui en España
-Además, queremos anunciar que si hay costes de aduanas aqui en España asumiremos el 50% del coste adicional de los aranceles mas el 3% de gastos de gestión que cobra correos España para aliviar la carga a nuestros mecenas estadounidenses. Sabemos que este cambio es injusto para vosotros, y queremos compartir el esfuerzo.
Mini Expansión:
hace unos dias los hermanos Erize terminaron de preparar y maquetar la versión en Ingles, ahora estamos con la traducción de la version en Español y cuando este se maquetara y se enviara a todos los backers.
Próximos pasos:
Seguiremos enviando todos los pedidos en cuanto se confirme la apertura completa de aduanas. En ese momento, nos pondremos en contacto individualmente con cada uno de vosotros para coordinar el envío y resolver cualquier detalle.
A la vez, estamos ajustando la planificación de nuestros futuros proyectos:
-Los próximos lanzamientos incluirán formatos STL digitales, que eliminan por completo los problemas de aduanas.
-También desarrollaremos proyectos físicos más pequeños, para reducir los costes logísticos y aduaneros sin comprometer la calidad que nos caracteriza.

We hope you are all doing well. Today we want to give you a sincere update on the status of the campaign and shipments.
First of all, we want to thank you deeply for your patience and continued support. We also want to offer you a sincere apology for the delay in delivering your rewards. The truth is that we have faced some unforeseen circumstances in the final stage of production, including delays in logistics and the arrival of some materials, which, added to our own production times, caused the process to take longer than any of us would have liked.
We are very sorry. We know that you trust us and that the wait can be frustrating, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for standing by us.
But we have some very good news to share:
The end of the road is in sight! All the miniatures in the packs are ready, except for a couple of cavalry pieces. We are currently busy manufacturing the miniatures for the add-ons.
Our new projection is that we will begin shipping all rewards in approximately one month.
We will not give up until each of your packages is on its way. We are absolutely certain that when you have the miniatures in your hands, you will see that it was worth the wait. We are very proud of the quality of the final product and we know that you are going to love it.

Esperamos que estén muy bien. Hoy queremos darles una actualización sincera sobre el estado de la campaña y los envíos.
En primer lugar, queremos agradecerles profundamente su paciencia y apoyo continuo. También ofrecerles una disculpa sincera por el retraso que hemos tenido en la entrega de sus recompensas. La verdad es que hemos enfrentado algunos imprevistos en la etapa final de producción, incluyendo retrasos en la logística y la llegada de algunos materiales, lo que, sumado a nuestros propios tiempos de producción, hizo que el proceso se alargara más de lo que cualquiera de nosotros hubiera querido.
Lo sentimos mucho. Sabemos que confían en nosotros y que la espera puede ser frustrante, y les agradecemos de todo corazón por mantenerse a nuestro lado.
Pero tenemos muy buenas noticias que compartir:
¡El final del camino está a la vista! Todas las miniaturas de los pack estan listas a falta de un par de caballerias, En este momento estamos ocupados tambien con la fabricacion de las miniaturas de los añadidos.
Nuestra nueva proyección es que comenzaremos a enviar todas las recompensas en aproximadamente un mes.
No bajaremos los brazos hasta que cada una de sus paquetes esté en camino. Estamos absolutamente seguros que cuando tengan las Miniaturas en sus manos, verán que valió la pena la espera. La calidad del producto final es algo de lo que nos sentimos muy orgullosos y sabemos que a ustedes les va a encantar.
Les iremos informando de cualquier novedad, por pequeña que sea, a través de próximos updates.
Su confianza es lo más importante para nosotros y es la base sobre la que construimos no solo este proyecto, sino todos los que vengan en el futuro.

We know that the wait for "Ashes of Tsushima" is getting longer, and we apologise for the delay. We want to be transparent: currently, only one person is handling the whole production, which, although it is a huge effort, slows down the process, but as you know we have more than 30 projects behind us.
we will leave the pledge manager open for two to three weeks for the last stragglers and as soon as it closes we will start manufacturing the additions.
